Safran Response

We appreciate you taking to time to give us your detailed and honest feedback. It is concerning to hear that management was lacking in some areas. At Safran we promote an open door policy so that employees feel supported and safe to come to us with issues they might having. In regards to excellence, we strive to select the right people for management positions and welcome constructive and positive feedback so that we may continuously improve.
People are treated very well at Safran. They might not be the highest paying Aerospace company in the USA, but they have great benefits, management, and people. And still, the pay is usually competitive.

Opportunities to work with a variety of engineering departments including production, test, quality, and industrialization.
Occasional overtime opportunities.
Cons
High stress due to production deadlines, especially at the end of month.
Miscommunications due to constant reprioritizing of needs.
Difficult to move from short term (1 year+ only) contracts to full time positions.
