      Pension is really good, workshop team get on well, always overtime, clean work space.

      Cons

      The pay is shocking! Management like to rush jobs, management are not fair with people ( even let a manager run a computer business from his office)

      Pros

      Many learning opportunities for troubleshooting different types of avian generator control units. Opportunities to work with a variety of engineering departments including production, test, quality, and industrialization. Occasional overtime opportunities.

      Cons

      High stress due to production deadlines, especially at the end of month. Miscommunications due to constant reprioritizing of needs. Difficult to move from short term (1 year+ only) contracts to full time positions.
