Good benefits, good opportunities to grow within the company ONLY if you stay with them for more than 3 years, they always point that out. If you work on production, you will surely have to work overtime and weekends.
Cons
If they send you to a foreign country in order to be trained on anything, they make you sign promissory notes just to make them sure you will stay with them and not come back and quit right away. This happens in Queretaro. The HR Manager once said to us that it is a common practice in all Safran facilities, even in France. I would not recomend anyone work for this company if you want to keep growing your skillset. Besides all this, HR Department and managers do not respect its employees and they always look down on operators and team leaders.
