May god forbid this company.!! First they will take yours orginal document and promise it to return when u leave which they didnt give. They misguide me about job profile and then when i leave the job in few days the HR was not picking up my calls. The behaviour of employees here ia very unproffesional. They work as like they are working in a government organisation. They give the salary to employees in cash, that means company is generating black money in bulk. There are very weired company policies. For example if u come 15 min late 2 times, then they will cut half salary of that day.. It seems like a senaible thing to do. But if you see the location of that company and traffic on the roads to that comoany, the hell will break down on you. No matter how early you leave from home you will be late.. And the most obvious thing one expect from an IT company is good computers and hardware to work. These guys have desktops older than 10 year with linus operating system which donot even work properly. The mouses of the computers are old and when you ask for a new mouse from them, they ask you to stick to work and donot ask for luxuries from company. I mean what the hell man..😂😂 I just have only request from the company. Return the orginal marksheet and documents of ur employees. They are valuable to them.
