Freedom to run a business Pretty well staffed Easy to get time off when needed Floaters get paid drive time and mileage Floaters get paid hourly and overtime is always available My manager bonus is every quarter depending on how much the store as a whole made.

Our computer system is dated but we will be changing it this year We are judged primarily on script count, surveys, and the number of immunizations we give
