      Good coworkers. Tuition reimbursement. Cafeteria

      Cons

      Unless you came through the stores you will be marginalized no matter how much education and outside experience you have. Currently have a bunch of buyers without college degrees given "executive" positions showing how little they value formal education. I guess that stock will never get where it use to be with a bunch of baggers and checkers in the executive ranks.

      Pros

      A majority of the employees were great to work with. Benefits are great while you're in the union.

      Cons

      inconsistent hours, horrible pay, unsafe working conditions due to building is actually falling apart. No discipline or accountability for emplyees who refuse to follow company policies. Corporate impossible to get in touch with.
