Pros
Working at a bigger company like Safeway definitely gives you more freedom to move around and experience other areas of interest, whereas you might not be able to do so in a smaller company.
Cons
There was a lot of politics in the department that I worked for which was unprofessional and made it a difficult environment to work in.
