Pros
There is a union and union jobs can be great, there are some great people to work with and they work around your schedule if you need a certain time off.
Cons
I had to get up at three am to get to work on time, and there are a lot of politics. The union reps ask you if you like working there in the store where your boss may be near by and don't know the policies. And my hours were cut if I didn't drop everything immediately when called in and I would get called at 5 am to come in. Also there is no room for growth.
