      All remote which is good

      Cons

      Do not work here unless you want to ruin your career. Leadership is incompetent and doesn't know how to run company. Values don't align in practice. You won't learn anything. Pay is bad.

      Pros

      Most of the people are a lot of fun and kind

      Cons

      leaders are not who they say they are; honesty and speaking up is punished through a "hunt and kill" approach to people trying to improve on things; most of the company has no insurance or professional working experience, so things are very disorganized and the products constantly fail
