Pros
Decent salary & benefits, a lot of really good people in non-managerial positions. Many employees have been there 10-15+ years, some have been promoted to supervisory roles.
Cons
The company has hired a lot of new people with little to no experience, and it shows. There is zero accountability for most issues - Upper management only seems interested in listening to excuses instead of actual solutions. Favoritism is rampant in sales, the "managers" provide no real training or guidance, and employees are regularly threatened with losing their jobs if unreasonable and ever-changing goals/quotas are not met. Because of this, most people are afraid to speak up and the ones that do are labeled as "negative". Existing customers and potential opportunities are constantly lost due to gross inefficiency and no real effort to address product shortcomings.
