Is this your company?

Good company that deteriorated and became a poor company to work for. - Analyst SafeGuard Services Employee Review

Pros

nature of the work, ability to work from home once a week, unlimited sick time, but strictly monitored.

Cons

No raises, no training, upper management does not have managerial skills, favoritism, employees being harassed and disrespected. Lack of respect for employees from managerial staff. No open door policy, in order to speak to another manager, you have to speak to your manager first to get approval. Bonus structure is extremely based on favoritism. Employee feedback is never requested and when it is due to company requirements, it is ignored. Human Resources is non-existent. Legitimate complaints to HR or upper management by coworkers against manager wrongs results in no changes and coworker will usually be let go.

Pros

The mission is incredible and the pay is very reasonable

Cons

The senior leadership on the Medicaid side Macro manages (not Micro), show no trust in managers or audit staff and is constantly making changes. Being involved in every decision shows no trust or support of staff. Moral is probably the worst of any place I have ever worked, and it ALL points back to managers and more pointedly Senior leaders. Some day there will be a huge lawsuit
