I get to feel great about the work we do as a team every day. It's a diverse team, which is really important given the work we do. The benefits are excellent and it's okay to take a mental health day if you need one due to work stress. There's a culture of self-care here, and there's often a lot of free food!

It's a small-mid non-profit and so it's important to be able to be flexible here. Wouldn't be a good fit for someone who just wants to check in and check out of work without being connected to the larger mission.
