Everything else. On the operations side, pay is not good, central services takes too long to get back. Top to bottom micromanagement, where no free thinking is allowed and when something goes well it's the Managers and when it goes wrong it's the staff. Members are taken advantage of due to constant policy changes that seem to almost single out specific people
