Pros
Independent, flexible, completely remote, great team, owner is very involved with the company and our team of recruiters. This company is very candidate and client focused, taking extra care that a great fit happens on both sides of the fence. A lot of care goes into employee development and success.
Cons
Because they are very small there isn't a company benefits plan. That is the only downfall with working here.
