Cons
They lied to me about so many things during the interview They don’t know how to run a sales program. They say call numbers are 40-50 in the interview then they say 80-100 which is t a sales goal, that’s call center numbers. They said there would be commission but didn’t have it figured out yet. $10 dollars per new account is not commission. That is not commission. And it hurts the relationship because the sales person will never reach out again to that person because they already got as much out of as as the my could So much micromanagement, they tell you something is a suggestion but when you don’t do it they make you do it. The worst ever. Don’t tell me to change a word in my email and don’t lie to me and make these unrealistic goals. Also you want all this when there is no CRM system. Also I had a family emergency one day and the first thing I got told was you don’t have enough PTO, not is everything okay. I also came in early and clocked in and didn’t get extra pay but they took money away when I got sick. Completely worthless company and they will treat you so poorly. They shouldn’t be in business.
