I can not think of one single pro that could come anywhere close to outweigh the bad that comes from a single employee that works at the Longview office

The number 1 con is lack of management and the amazing ability one employee has to destroy you and your job an management do NOTHING about it. If this person decides he no longer wants you to work there he will use any means necessary to get rid of you. He will lie, back stab, and invade your personal life to ensure that you will be wrote up, fired, or forced to quit. Management knows of this an will allow him to do as he pleases with you or with the every day work to be done. No one will survive at this office till corporate goes above the joke of a manager an fires the PROBLEM
