The office is conveniently located in downtown. You often learn and teach yourself as you go, allowing room for error.

Company culture is driven by greed, money and at times unethical practices! There is lack of leadership within the organization; instead owners demonstrate very passive aggressive, manipulative and unprofessional attitude towards employees. The president promotes a very 'macho-like' mentality of 'it's my way or the highway' so creativity and new ideas from employees that go against his are supported minimally and not allowed to flourish. The hard work of employees goes unappreciated by owners. Owners do not disclose that they are husband and wife during interview process, instead new employee is left to figure it out on his own or from other employees. Employees often get caught in the middle of uncomfortable arguments when husband and wife can't see eye-to-eye and business and personal cannot be separated. Save yourself the trouble! It is not a work environment that I would recommend for anyone and I wish someone would have given me a fair warning prior!
