      The scheduling and slab department employees are great people. The overall culture is inviting and warm.

      Cons

      Upper management needs an ego death. Some crews are worthless and somehow they keep their jobs (haha)

      The shop is indoors so thats something

      Unrealistic production goals, staff is undertrained and over worked, equipment and infrastructure in disarray, management disconnects and distances themselves from any suggestion for improvement,turnover in the 80% range in the last yr, wages far below living.
