There's so much turnover throughout the system. Branches are consistently understaffed at many locations. The HR department can't keep a manager. The management team micromanages the branches and treats employees poorly. Communication is inconsistent, and they will often tell supervisors wrong information or make things up. These issues aren't addressed by the director, just ignored.
