Pros
* Great PTO - 5 working weeks of PTO right when you start. * a winter Break - starts Christmas and ends after New Years. * If you live in Texas location area it's hybrid work but some managers are flexible on days you come in. Otherwise, if you live out of state you work 100% remote
Cons
* Raises and bonuses could be a lot better. 2-3% raise and promotions are 5-10% depending on tenure at the company. * Hardly any opportunities to travel for training purposes. I.e. conferences, company hopes employees will learn from one another but people hardly have time to do that. * Currently company is skeleton ship.
