      Decent pay, remote work, decent benefits, nice staff in uk.

      Cons

      Different treatment if you're not in USA. No integrity, no recognition no matter how hard you work, or contributed to the team. Poor & unfair treatment by managers. No structure, frequent redundancies. Only promotions in Texas.

      Great Peer connections from various Groups and Locations

      Cons

      Mgmt worried about their own jobs and will use lower levels to scapegoat to keep theirs. Lack of forward vision and trying to stay relevant in marketplace by chasing latest trends in name only.
