Pros
Global company. Management is very stable. Excellent leadership communication...very transparent on positive issues and challenges. Very generous PTO policy. Strong on leadership development. Many groups allow work from home.
Cons
Can be v. political. Some groups only have work-work balance. This is a challenging industry, but company always seems to do quite well despite. I credit strong leadership and company reputation. Some groups see rampant reorgs making it difficult to operate.
