Small pockets of effective teams trying to accomplish goals.
Cons
Will work you to death and then complain about your rotting corpse. HR is a serious issue at the company. Everything else can be fixed but HR has no cleaning mechanism. It has become a cesspool of dishonesty and delusions of self granduer.
