Pros
Nothing quite comes to mind as a Pro for this company, at least for the US based employee, for years they have migrated majority of the technology to offshore.
Cons
The majority of the technology is developed in Poland and India, very little opportunity for hands-on technical career in US. Transformation is all being done remotely in other countries, some of the big stake holders are in the US, majority are now also not US based.
