Pros
1. Good work life balance. 2. Average work without much pressure and good salary. 3. Easy to survive by doing little effort, so easy money and can spend enough time with family without need to think about time management.
Cons
1. It is rich and dumbo, doesn't organize expenditure well. 2. Does't know to recognize proper talent. It sounds like anyone is put in higher position only to prove India can not perform. 3. HR policies are suddenly changed when it is in pressure. Not taking stand of what it is doing. 4. Lack of organized professionals who value systematic process (this is common in India) 4. After some time feels irritating as good talents leave and left out are unskilled and unorganized and become demotivators (this is also common in India, only top few companies will have true engineers, as good people are in short supply).
