      Smart people everywhere (ironically) Generally collaborative Top Management is clueless

      Cons

      Outdated thinking; trying to be something it's not Constant fear of being laid off ELT constantly "pivoting" (i.e., correcting their own mistakes) No budget for anything (no travel, no perks, etc.) Bleak medium-term outlook

      Great Peer connections from various Groups and Locations

      Cons

      Mgmt worried about their own jobs and will use lower levels to scapegoat to keep theirs. Lack of forward vision and trying to stay relevant in marketplace by chasing latest trends in name only.
