Pros
Great colleagues, good opportunities for career progression, exposure to enterprise technologies and customers, and a CEO who genuinely cares about the business and its people.
Cons
Unfortunately, the company has changed significantly over the past few years. There appears to be a lack of consistent strategic direction, with priorities and organisational goals changing frequently before previous initiatives have had the opportunity to succeed. This creates uncertainty and makes it difficult for teams to plan and deliver effectively. Communication from the executive leadership team has deteriorated and is often unclear or delayed. Staff engagement, morale, and wellbeing do not always appear to be prioritised, leaving many employees feeling undervalued during periods of change. While there are still many excellent people within the business, the culture no longer feels as supportive or people-focused as it once did.
