      Pros

      Career opportunities - you can come on the ground floor and grow into the company. I have worked out two saber facility, and both have been wonderful places to work for and grow with. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      No real hard con, the company is always trying to improve and be the best that they can for both their staff and resident.
