Pros
Working as BD in a regional top 3 IP firm such as Saba is easy. The reputation and client database both are very good.
Working environment is ok, in general the punch-in and out are strict. But there are work from home days which I see as a very good benefits given the traffic situation in Dubai.
The pay is fair, not low, also not very high. They are offering just enough. And if you work hard, you can have a very good growth. I have received increments each year during the 3 years that I worked with them.
Cons
Don’t really see any.
All in all good. The traffic in business bay is bad, but where isn’t? DIFC, Business bay, Downtown, DMCC, Marina, event JVC becomes bad.
