1) Access to the top leadership (You can walk into their cabins anytime) 2) The salary is good for a newcomer 3) The company focusses on productivity and is careful about the no. of employees it hires so there is little chance of mass layoffs 4) CRM is the in thing and the boom in cloud computing has only just started so you will get to learn a lot 5) The company does not believe in making their employees slog and the employees are asked to put in a minimum of 8 hours, 5 days a week 6) The variable component is fixed at 20% 7) Saturdays and Sundays are off

1) There is no proper guidance or career path that the company sets for you. You have to be proactive and do that yourself 2) Few holidays other than the weekends 3) You have to take permission from your project manager before you take a holiday 4) You are stuck with CRM
