Pros
The people and the content of the work. Everyone's heart is in the right place and all are passionate by SIQs mission. Leadership are reflective and keen to listen. They don't always get it right with all their decisions but they listen to their teams and work to correct mistakes.
Cons
Everyone who works here are overachievers and passionate about SIQ's mission - this can result in people working too hard/too many hours and new joiners sometimes feeling intimated when they first join.
