Pros
The culture of SYSCOM is that of an organization of very experienced, caring, technical professionals. SYSCOM employees work hard to satisfy the clients and work well with each other. The challenging systems integration work that SYSCOM provides its clients makes it necessary for SYSCOM employees to be very sharp. SYSCOM management tries to be flexible and allows employees to work remotely when not required at the client site. Management is sensitive to employees' needs for good work-life balance. SYSCOM employees stay a long time.
Cons
This is not necessarily a con, but because SYSCOM is small and the organization is relatively flat, advancement is tough in the traditional sense. SYSCOM is a great company if you want to stay technical and grow technically. It's not a climb-the-corporate ladder type of environment.
