      Pros

      Pretty relax for a summer job. If you want more experience, apply for ladders for leaders. Be careful about the provider for the ladders for leaders program. I was disqualified because I chose the wrong provider(they just didn't have the kind of job I wanted)

      Cons

      -lottery based -minimum wage -Cannot work more than 8 hours a day.
