      - Strong benefits - Supportive leadership (historically) - Good career opportunities - Memorable team building events abroad

      Cons

      - Since the pandemic, there has been a significant influx of new hires who lack even basic understanding of Swift (what it does). - A noticeable decline in overall products and staff quality - It’s heartbreaking to witness what was once a high-standard organization in a bit panic mode.

      Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

      Cons

      Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
