      Good staff to work with & good line manager at the time when I left

      Cons

      Not enough work Poor pay (Umbrella) Have to pay for your training if you leave within 12 months Get a van but smallest of damage then you need to pay Pay not always correct

      Pros

      Good working environment, with facilities for climbing company. Good housekeeping in workplaces. The staff cares for carrying forward the objectives of the company.

      Cons

      Offer more training opportunities to employees. Whether everyone has their position in the company, it should provide different options to employees to grow in the company.
