There are no pros whatsoever.

The work this firm does is playing an active role in damaging communities and destroying the environment. The office would crumble if they didn't have international visa workers to exploit for overtime and weekend labor. Such an awful environment, people don't even talk to each other during the work day for fear that they'll be reprimanded. Everything that is wrong with the design profession is perpetuated by TB and his associates.
