      Pros

      This is a contract manufacturing company so you see different products. The weight to tasks is moving parts - no more no less.

      Cons

      Being a contract manufacturer the constraint is cost, and this comes at the expense of efficiency and quality of work and product. Some customers are abusive and management will not preserve your dignity. Environment is not supportive of creative work.

      Pros

      Broad level of responsibility / excellent exec and mid-management team / very talented and competent colleagues, especially the engineers. Excellent customer support across all aspects of the engagements. Broad customer base, keeps things interesting. Award winner: DoE / Sunshot Program

      Cons

      SVTC Technology LLC is the parent company and is not really aligned with the Solar BU. Likely to change in the near future which would be good for the Solar BU.
