      SVT has been defining the field of impact management for longer than any firm out there. Respected and well-connected. Cool clients doing interesting work. A chance to make a real difference in the firm.

      Cons

      Sometimes management suffers from ADD, going too many different directions. Sometimes the work was tedious. Low pay.
