      Big interesting projects. Opportunity to gain a lot of experience.

      Projects are very bad. It is impossible to work under such starting conditions.

      Pros

      Paid weekly when you are working.

      Cons

      They don't disclose hours are not guaranteed. They appear to only have one client. You can be On-Call more than you are working. You will need additional income if they're your primary job. They don't take taxes out like some contract companies do. You'll only receive 1 week of training and you're expected to maintain 4 loans per day. Even if you are switched from project to project everyday.
