      Pros

      The culture within the building is good. They have a gym and leisure activities for employees to use. Do not let that blind you of your actual work though.

      Cons

      Vastly underpaid. The management plays favoritism among employees. No direction or training was provided and then when unfamiliar situations occured, management rarely assisted. My particular manager spoke maybe 12 words to me a week. She spent more time smoking than interacting with me. They claim they pride themselves on hiring from within, however, the only people I seen hired while there were people from outside of the company

      Pros

      A fantastic group of people. The environment is casual and the people are top notch. I read the comments before mine, and the few negatives listed have not been my experience at all. At SVM, you get out exactly what you put in. I work hard. I respect my coworkers. I help wherever I can. I appreciate everything the company does for me, big and small. Everyone has been phenomenal, and my experience has been great. They are always looking to improve, and I commend their efforts.

      Cons

      No workplace is 100% perfect, but I give SVM a 98%!
