Management and service is very bad

Weekly pay Hourly rate was good and was compensated for travel time and mileage.

Coercive and bullying by some staff members. Not being listened to by owner of the company More interested in making money than looking after the good staff they had Bad behaviour of some of the care staff who felt they could do as they pleased
