Unorganized, Unprofessional and Ignorant. Treat hard working employees like absolute garbage.
You are spoken to with all the respect of a prisoner not an asset.
None of the upper management staff have any experience managing. Lied on their resumes?? Most likely.
The work environment is littered with safety issues .
Accidents occur daily.
Management does not care about employee safety or well being. All they care about is making their numbers and bonuses.
All these things make the workplace toxic at best.
