      Pros

      Great benefits,and good pay. Old fashion work ethics you want good pay your gonna work for it.

      Cons

      Under staffed for the work load. Boeing standards are to high for the work environment ! Almost impossible standards. To many mistakes over looked by QA on both companies and passed on to the employees.

      This place was amazing if I didn't have family issues going on in would have stayed as long as I could

      They pay well for literally treating its people like disposable slave labor

      Cons

      Management does not care about you...its the bottom line of the almighty dollar, so if you are injured, have a family, need decent equipment good luck...
