Pros
Local and making use of a good facility at Manchester Airport.
Cons
It was nothing more or less than I was expecting , due to the people in senior management positions. Very poor overall package, including - Leave entitlement / Sick pay and company pension contributions. Very little investment on resources, considering their future plans. Furthermore, unfortunately the company has adopted the ‘Monarch’ old way of working, which is very unfortunate.
