Cons
All talk and keeping up appearances. Actions don't match what they say is to be expected or envisioned. If they don't understand your role they don't respect it or your workload. Processes not efficient at all and creates uneccessary stress. Decision-making among management not consistent and made last minute unless it directly affects their own agenda. People not able to move forward on high priority tasks due to everyone waiting on a decision or information. No one ever knows where anything is or what exactly anyone else does, so it is a challenge if you come across a project that requires cross-functioning departments. This company grew too fast, too soon a long time ago and they haven't figured out how to rein it all in and streamline things before they can step onto the platform for the next growth spurt, yet they are scrambling to chase the next threshold to climb. Very disorganized as a whole.
