      Pros

      Having been here for several years, I can honestly say that this is a fantastic company that values its employees, offering a flexible (hybrid) working environment. It is a great team of people with some real characters and I think it has a great team dynamic. We are not paid for reviews, it is our hard work that gets compensated. If you want to work hard, be successful and make money then this is a great place to be.

      Cons

      It is a sales job so you do have a target to hit but, they don't come down on you for not hitting it, they try to work with you and develop you so that you can be successful.

      Decent pay, they give you food for the most parts.Most of the workers are nice

      Cons

      They will treat you like a child. If there is a problem instead of talking to you about it, they just ignore you. There is a lot of favoritism, so for example, if you're a new bartender, you will never get shifts, they will just keep scheduling you for serving because they have only their specific people that they do. It's all about favoritism. I thought it was a respected, respectful company towards the employee's, but the way i've been ignored this week.That is a whole different level of disrespect.So no, if you want to be disrespected, go ahead and work for them
