Faculty and staff are very supportive.

Flexibility to adapt curriculum- though this was due to lack of organization

Significant disorganization, inconsistent discipline for students, no related arts or music, weak professional development. Most teachers did not teach engaging or high-level lessons. Teachers were told to prioritize relationships with students over learning. Students were held to a very low bar and high achieving students were often ignored. School days were super long with a lot of empty time for students
