Pros

- Global Experts in Tunelling - Very Competitive Pay - If you keep your head down and just do your job, no above or beyond you can be happy here.

Cons

- HR is extremely corrupt. The department decides who gets what based upon word of mouth or your status. There is no standard operating procedure in practice. - Offers almost no real benefits outside of base salary. - If you make a mistake be prepared to be steamrolled through bureaucratic nonsense with no empathy. The organisation is comparable to a criminal syndicate. - IT Support is operating a decade behind the industry standard. It’s taken my entire department over 3 months to acquire all the software we need to complete our day-to-day tasks, greatly hindering efficiency.
