      Pros

      STL Sitter is an awesome company to work for if you're looking for a flexible job where you work on your terms. The pay is nice, the families are usually nice and you get to make your own schedule and make connections with families around the STL area.

      Cons

      The Office can be passive aggressive. Sometimes families aren't a good fit.

      Pros

      You get to set your own schedule with no minimum hours to meet and the office staff are always helpful and nice! Pay is good already, and ~50% of families tip on top too.

      Cons

      During the application process, you have to pay for your own background check and CPR training if you don't have them already, but this is quickly offset once you start working.
