Pros
Good money, I worked the 6pm-2am shift so got around 40% more money than the day staff. Some good people to work with and team mates will mostly have your back.
Cons
The higher management aren’t the best, the supervisors are approachable and will help you but any higher than them and you may as well talk to the wall. The job can have a negative effect in your hands many technicians end up with carpel tunnel.
